We are required to follow General Dental Council procedures including an easily accessible and clear complaints process if required.
If you should have a complaint about the practice please follow this procedure:
Contact the surgery
- By telephone on 747780
- Or make an appointment to discuss the matter
- Or write a letter to us detailing what you are unhappy with.
We will acknowledge your complaint or concern within three working days of receipt and we will investigate your complaint within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, please contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk and here you will find an online form to fill in. Alternatively, they can be contacted by phone on 08456 120 540.
